PropLedgers | Real Estate Contract Management System + Electronic Signature App
PropLedgers is a platform for digital real estate contracts and electronic signature. The web platform allows companies to create standardized templates for documents and purchase and sale or lease contracts and send them to their customers to sign. And customers can use the application to sign the document electronically. The entire business is registered on the blockchain.
This project was responsible for a few more blockchain milestones in Brazil, such as the first sale and first purchase of property, 100% digital, remote and registered on Blockchain. This operation was carried out in partnership with RKM Engenharia de Minas Gerais.

The problem
Blockchain technology can speed up the security and completion of deals. But despite being innovative, technology alone does not guarantee a positive user experience.When creating a platform for registering and signing real estate contracts, it was necessary for the user to find a simple and agile experience - thus gaining even more confidence in blockchain technology.
The goal
Create an experience for registering, managing and signing documents that would bring agility and security to the user. The project had two fronts - a platform for creating and managing real estate contracts and an application used for digital signature by the parties involved in the business.
Web Platform | User Flow and Wireframes
For the Web System, one of the main functions was the creation of document templates. Just like the concept of template in text editing programs, the user can create a template of his contract and then include only the specific information of each business.
It was fundamental that the interface of this functionality was as intuitive as possible for the user. From heuristic evaluations, comparisons between tools and an information architecture work to organize the information and labels to be used, I designed the wireframes using the concept of cards that can be created, edited and dragged to reorganize the information, according to the user's desire.

The stage of creating the digital identity was especially challenging, as it was the user's first contact with the application and, in order to use the service, he had to go through all the steps that include the registration of sensitive information and a proof of life made to from video.
