Application "Oi Minha Meta" for Sales Force Management
The “Oi Minha Meta” project was developed with the aim of helping the company's sales force to monitor its targets and variable receipts, thus reducing complaints regarding monthly receipts from salespeople. I designed the user flows, wireframes and layouts of the final solution that gained a visual and assertive dashboard.

The problem
Members of telecom Oi's sales force did not have a way of simply consulting their monthly targets and their variable receipts. This caused a lot of friction and noise in the team and negatively affected the personal performance of the employees.
The goal
The “Oi Minha Meta” project was developed with the aim of helping the company's sales force to monitor its targets and variable receipts,thus reducing complaints about monthly receipts from sellers.
The application offered sales force members a clear and simple view of their monthly targets and their variable receipts, for example.allow detailed consultation of triggers associated with goals and progress of the seller in the last 3 months.
